What we send
Booking texts: booking confirmations, delivery-day reminders, driver arrival updates, payment receipts and replies to your questions.
Reminders and offers, only if you opt in: reminders about unfinished bookings and occasional offers.

How you opt in
At checkout on eliteeventrentalss.com, after you add a rental to your cart, this notice appears directly under the Phone field: "By entering your mobile number, you agree to receive texts from Elite Event Rentals about this booking (confirmation, delivery updates, receipts). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Below it is a separate checkbox. It is unchecked by default and you do not need to check it to book: "Yes, text me reminders about unfinished bookings and occasional offers from Elite Event Rentals. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

If you text us first, we only reply about your question. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: varies.
