Credit Card Guarantee

Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank should decide to exercise their right to hold you liable for that $50.00, Elite Event Rentals will reimburse you for that amount, up to the full $50.00. www.eliteeventrentalss.com will only cover your liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card was caused by no fault of your own from purchases made with www.eliteeventrentalss.com while using our SSL secure server.

In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

We only text you if you check a text message box at checkout. One box covers texts about your booking: confirmations, delivery-day updates, driver arrival updates, receipts and replies to your questions. A separate box covers reminders about unfinished bookings and occasional offers. Both boxes are optional and start unchecked, and you do not need to check either one to book.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Program: Elite Event Rentals (a DBA of Garcias Event Rentals LLC) text messages, sent from (951) 223-1014.
What we send: if you check the booking box, booking confirmations, delivery-day updates, driver arrival updates, receipts and replies to your questions. If you check the offers box, reminders about unfinished bookings and occasional offers.
How you join: by checking one or both optional text message boxes under the Phone field at checkout. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies. Booking texts are usually 3 to 5 per booking. Reminders and offers are up to 4 per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
