Booking & Pricing
How much do your rentals cost?
Our 13x13 bounce houses start at $160 for a full-day rental. Combo units with slides run $265–$270, and water slides and wet combos are $285. Every price includes free delivery, setup, and take-down — the price you see is the full price you pay. Browse our bounce houses and water slides for exact pricing on each unit.
Does the price include delivery?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and take-down are all included in your price at no extra cost anywhere in our delivery area. No fuel fees, no setup fees, no surprises at checkout.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a small deposit of 25% of your rental total secures your date, and it goes toward your balance. The rest isn’t due until the day of your event.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Water slides and combo bouncers book up fast in spring and summer — the sooner you reserve, the better your chance of getting your first choice.
What payments do you take?
Cash, debit, and all major credit cards. If paying cash, please have exact change ready — our drivers don’t carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?
Your payment is never lost. If you need to cancel, we convert it into a rain check you can use toward any future booking within 12 months — no stress, no lost money.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
We still deliver in light rain — the party goes on! If you’d rather reschedule, we’ll issue a rain check good for 12 months. For safety, we do cancel setups in high winds.
Delivery & Setup
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver free across the Inland Empire — Riverside, Moreno Valley, Perris, Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta, and many more. See the full list and map on our Delivery Area page, or call (951) 223-1014 to check your address.
When do you set up?
We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your rental time begins. On busy weekends we may set up earlier — we’ll call a couple of days before your event to confirm your delivery window.
Does the rental time include your setup time?
No — we arrive early to set up, so you get your entire rental time to enjoy the fun.
Do you offer overnight rentals?
Yes, free of charge! Keep the bounce house or water slide past your event and we’ll pick it up the next morning at no extra fee.
What surfaces do you set up on?
Grass (the best for kids), dirt, turf, asphalt, and concrete. We stake into grass and dirt, and use sandbags on hard surfaces. We can’t set up on rocks — they wear through the vinyl.
What do I need to provide?
Just a clear, mostly flat area with at least 4 feet of access for our equipment, and a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot. We bring everything else, including heavy-duty cords. An adult should be present at delivery and pickup.
Does it stay plugged in the whole time?
Yes — the blower keeps the unit inflated the entire time, which is why we need an outlet within 50 feet (or a generator). Our heavy-duty cords protect your circuit breaker.
Cleaning, Safety & Events
Are your inflatables cleaned between rentals?
Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every single rental — your kids get a fresh, safe, spotless bounce house every time.
What types of events do you serve?
Birthday parties, backyard get-togethers, school carnivals, church festivals, community events, corporate picnics, and more. Note: we deliver to homes and private venues, but we’re not able to set up at public parks.
Are we responsible for damage to the unit?
Normal wear and tear is on us — just let us know if you spot anything. Damage from ignoring the safety rules is the renter’s responsibility, which is why we offer an optional 10% Damage Waiver at checkout for total peace of mind.

Of course — a link is included in your receipt as soon as you order, or contact our office any time and we’ll send a copy.
