Planning a Party in Temecula
Our Temecula delivery area covers Harveston, Redhawk, Vail Ranch, Wolf Creek, Paloma Del Sol, Paseo Del Sol, Crowne Hill, Roripaugh Ranch, Temeku Hills, Morgan Hill, Meadowview and Old Town. Have a standard outlet within 50 feet of where the unit goes and leave us about 4 feet of clearance through the side gate. A water slide also needs an outdoor spigot with a garden hose within reach of the slide. We bring the blower, heavy-duty extension cords and the stakes or sandbags, so the yard itself is the only thing to get ready. Water slides and combo jumpers book up fast in spring and summer, so reserve as early as you can.
Temecula is the strictest city on our list: inflatables are allowed only at Harveston Community Park, Meadows Park, Temeku Hills Park and Wolf Creek Park, and only alongside a picnic shelter rental. Ronald Reagan Sports Park and every other city park is off limits for them, and no park allows a water feature, so a slide has to go in a backyard. Temecula also puts requirements on the rental company for park setups, so call us at (951) 223-1014 before you reserve a shelter and we will tell you straight whether we can set up there on your date; a backyard needs none of that.

Weather and Wind
Light rain does not stop a party; our inflatables and furniture run fine in it, but setups pause for wind gusts over 20 mph. If that is the forecast for your date, we call you the morning of to reschedule or refund your deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel for any reason until 8 AM on the day of your event and we refund every dollar you have paid, with no fees. Tables and chairs are the one exception and are excluded from the refund.
Deposit and Booking
A 25% deposit on the order total reserves your date, and a mixed order, a bounce house plus tables and chairs for example, is still one deposit and one confirmation.
