Planning a Party in Riverside
Riverside backyards vary a lot between the older streets near Downtown and the Magnolia Center and the newer tracts in Orangecrest and Mission Grove. Canyon Crest, La Sierra, Arlington, Victoria and the Eastside are all on the regular delivery list. We need a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot, a clear path at least 4 feet wide to get the unit into the yard, and a garden hose if you are adding a water slide. Grass is the best surface for kids, but dirt, turf, concrete and asphalt all work, and we switch from stakes to sandbags on the hard ones. An adult needs to be there when we drop off and again when we collect the next morning.
Fairmount Park, Ryan Bonaminio Park, Martha McLean-Anza Narrows Park and Arlington Heights Sports Park are the public options in Riverside. The city rents its picnic shelters by permit only and wants the reservation at least 14 days before your date. Lock in the shelter with the city first, then send us your window and we schedule delivery inside it.

Weather and Wind
Light rain does not stop a party; our inflatables and furniture run fine in it, but setups pause for wind gusts over 20 mph. If that is the forecast for your date, we call you the morning of to reschedule or refund your deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel for any reason until 8 AM on the day of your event and we refund every dollar you have paid, with no fees. Tables and chairs are the one exception and are excluded from the refund.
Deposit and Booking
A 25% deposit on the order total reserves your date, and a mixed order, a bounce house plus tables and chairs for example, is still one deposit and one confirmation.
