Light rain does not stop a party; our inflatables and furniture run fine in it, but setups pause for wind gusts over 20 mph. If that is the forecast for your date, we call you the morning of to reschedule or refund your deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel for any reason until 8 AM on the day of your event and we refund every dollar you have paid, with no fees. Tables and chairs are the one exception and are excluded from the refund.
Deposit and Booking
A 25% deposit on the order total reserves your date, and a mixed order, a bounce house plus tables and chairs for example, is still one deposit and one confirmation.
