Planning a Party in Canyon Lake
Canyon Lake sits behind a gate, so the one thing to send us with your order is the address and any gate instructions, and we take care of the rest. We deliver throughout the community, including Holiday Harbor, The Estates, East Port, Vacation Village, Happy Camp and Sierra Park. Inside the gates we still need the usual: a standard outlet within 50 feet, about 4 feet of clear access, and a garden hose for a wet unit. Measure the flat part of the yard before you choose between a bounce house and a full combo, and send us a photo if you are unsure.
East Port Park, the Holiday Harbor beach area and the Happy Camp recreation area are the community spots families use. Those parks belong to the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association rather than the city, and the association takes the reservations for its five lake-side parks, which are open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in summer and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in winter. Reserve with the association first, then send us the area and time and we schedule around it.

Party Rental Policies
Weather and Wind
Light rain does not stop a party; our inflatables and furniture run fine in it, but setups pause for wind gusts over 20 mph. If that is the forecast for your date, we call you the morning of to reschedule or refund your deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel for any reason until 8 AM on the day of your event and we refund every dollar you have paid, with no fees. Tables and chairs are the one exception and are excluded from the refund.
Deposit and Booking
A 25% deposit on the order total reserves your date, and a mixed order, a bounce house plus tables and chairs for example, is still one deposit and one confirmation.

Three 60 inch round tables seat 24 and one 6 ft rectangular table seats 6, so that combination seats exactly 30 for $38 in tables, and 30 white folding chairs at $2 each bring the seating to $98 before the inflatable. Kids often stand near the bounce house instead of sitting, so you can round down a little if most guests are children.
